I have done some research and found that there is definitely an engine block issue with this particular engine and plan to sue them in small claims court so what I need is evidence that their is an issue with this particular engine because the block and the heads are supposedly covered by my plan but they are just trying to renege on their end of the deal. My extended warranty denied the claim stating that the do not cover gaskets and seals therefore any subsequent damage is my problem. He said the the heads and the block are warped and the car needs a new engine. The car started to overheat so I had it towed to my mechanic.
